Besteck Bayerischer Wurstsalat

Zutaten für 4 Portionen
500 g Fleischwurst, einfach (Lyoner)
2 Zwiebel(n)
6 EL Öl
3 EL Essig (Weißweinessig)
5 g Zucker
Pfeffer
Salz
3 EL Schnittlauch

Zubereitung
Haut von der Fleischwurst (Lyoner) abziehen und die Wurst in Scheiben schneiden. Zwiebeln schälen und in nicht in zu dicke Ringe schneiden. Beides in einer Salatschüssel vermengen. Aus Öl, Weißweinessig, frisch gemahlenem Pfeffer, Salz und einer Prise Zucker eine würzige Marinade rühren. Über den Bayrischen Wurstsalat geben, kurz untermischen und im Kühlschrank abgedeckt mindestens 30-45 Minuten ziehen lassen.
Kurz vor dem Servieren mit fein geschnittenen Schnittlauch garnieren.
Dazu frische Laugenbrezen oder Bauernbrot und ein frisches Bier servieren.

Schwierigkeitsgrad: simpel

Zubereitungszeit: ca. 10 Minuten
