Besteck China-Pfanne mit Shrimps

China-Pfanne mit Shrimps

Zutaten für 2 Portionen
Zubereitungszeit: ca. 25 Minuten

Zutaten:
200 g Gemüse (z. B. Möhre, Broccoli, Champignons)
50 g Sojasprossen
1 EL MAZOLA Keimöl
1 nussgroßes Stückchen Ingwer
1 Beutel KNORR Fix für Chinesisch süß-sauer
100 g Shrimps (aus der Kühltheke)


Dazu passt Basmatireis.

Tipp:
Die China-Pfanne mit gerösteten Mandelblättchen oder Sesam bestreuen.


Zubereitung:
1. Möhre schälen und in dünne Stifte schneiden. Broccoli putzen, waschen und in kleine Röschen teilen. Pilze evtl. putzen und in Scheiben schneiden. Sojasprossen kurz abbrausen.

2. Gemüse im heißen Keimöl bei mittlerer Hitze ca. 5 Minuten dünsten. Ingwer schälen und in feine Streifen schneiden. Zufügen und mitdünsten.

3. 350 ml kaltes Wasser dazugießen und Beutelinhalt Fix für Chinesisch süß-sauer einrühren. Unter Rühren aufkochen und zugedeckt bei schwacher Hitze 10 Minuten garen.

4. Sojasprossen und Shrimps zufügen und heiß werden lassen.
