Die englische Zeitung "Daily Mail" hat berichtet, dass es in London eine sogenannte "Safe Text"-Straße entstanden ist. Die Laternenmaste der Straße sind abgepolstert. Grund sind Unfälle von SMS-schreibenden Fußgängern, so der Telefonanbieter "118 118".
Die Brick Lane, so der Name der "Safe Text"-Straße, ist laut dem Telefonanbieter die Straße, auf der die meisten Unfälle mit tippenden Fußgängern passieren.
Die "Safe Text"-Straße befindet sich zurzeit noch in der Erprobungsphase. Sollte sich das Konzept bewähren, sollen noch weitere Straßen sicherer gemacht werden.

Sind sie doch selber Schuld wenn sie sich die Köpfe einrennen.
Bald dürfen die Autos noch 10 Km/h schnell fahren und sind mit Matratzen
geschützt,damit uns die Handy-Freak´s keine Beulen ins Auto laufen.
