Besteck für Kinder :Heißes Glücksrad

Das ist eine herzhafte Gemüse-Quiche mit Champignons, Frühlingszwiebeln und Salami.

Für: 5-6 eifrige Glücksjäger
Dauer: ca. 1 Stunde, davon muss die Quiche ca. 45 Minuten in den Ofen

1 Innenbeutel MONDAMIN Pizza Teig
1 TL Margarine zum Fetten
100 g kleine Champignons
1 Bund Frühlingszwiebeln
80 g Salami-Scheiben
1 Beutel KNORR Fix für Spaghetti Napoli
200 ml Schlagsahne
100 ml Milch
3 Eier

Bereite den Innenbeutel Pizza Teig nach der Packungsanleitung zu. Rolle den Teig auf einer bemehlten Arbeitsfläche rund aus (Durchmesser ca. 28 cm) und lege ihn in eine gefettete Quicheform (Durchmesser 26 cm), so dass ein kleiner Teigrand entsteht.Wasche, trockne und halbiere die Champignons. Putze und wasche die Frühlingszwiebeln und schneide sie in feine Ringe. Schneide die Salami in feine Streifen und verteile sie zusammen mit dem Gemüse auf dem Teigboden.Verrühre den Beutelinhalt Fix für Spaghetti Napoli mit der Sahne, Milch und Eiern und gieße dies gleichmäßig über das Gemüse.Backe dann die Quiche ca. 45 Minuten im vorgeheizten Backofen bei 175°C (Gas: Stufe 2/Umluft: 150°C).
