Besteck Römersalat mit Knoblauch-Croûtons

Zutaten für 4 Portionen

4 Scheiben Toastbrot
1 Zehe Knoblauch
2 EL Olivenöl
Oregano
1 kg Römersalat
4 Tomaten
200 g Schmand
3 EL Weißwein
1 TL Senf
Zucker
100 g Emmentaler
Salz,Pfeffer

Zubereitung

Das Toastbrot in kleine Würfel schneiden. Den Knoblauch abziehen und durch die Presse drücken. Olivenöl in einer Pfanne erhitzen. Knoblauch und Toastwürfel darin anrösten. Mit Salz und Oregano würzen. Salat putzen, abbrausen, trockenschleudern und in mundgerechte Stücke teilen. Tomaten waschen, von den Stielansätzen befreien und vierteln. Vorbereitete Salatzutaten in einer Schüssel mischen. Für das Dressing Schmand, Weißwein, Senf und Zucker verrühren. Mit Salz sowie Pfeffer würzig abschmecken. Den Emmentaler raspeln. Den Salat mit dem Käse bestreuen.

Beim Servieren das Weindressing separat aufbewahren. Dazu nach Wunsch Baguette oder Brot reichen.
