Besteck Gefüllte Eier mit Krabbenfleisch

Gefüllte Eier mit Krabbenfleisch
12 große Ei(er)
125 ml Mayonnaise
1 EL Senf, grobkörniger
2 TL Tomatensauce, scharfe
170 g Krabbenfleisch
¼ Tasse Zwiebel(n), fein gehackt


Die Eier hart kochen, der Länge nach halbieren und das Eidotter herausnehmen. In der Küchenmaschine die Eidotter mit der Hälfte der Mayonnaise, dem Senf und der scharfen Tomatensauce glatt rühren. In eine Schüssel geben und das Krabbenfleisch, die restliche Mayonnaise und die Zwiebel einrühren. Die Fülle mit einem Löffel in die Eihälften häufen.

Kalt oder zimmerwarm servieren.
