Besteck Nudelpfanne

Man nehme:
250 Gramm Schmetterlingnudeln
( oder auch andere, aber das Auge ißt ja bekanntl. mit)
1 rote Paprika
1 gelbe Paprika
3 /4 Glas Champignons
1 Zwiebel
je nach Laune Salami
Salz, Pfeffer und wonach einem sonst noch ist

Zubereitung:
Nudeln in Salzwasser kochen.
Paprika, Zwiebeln und Salami klein schneiden und Champignons abtropfen lassen.
Etwas Öl in einer beschichteten Pfanne erhitzen und die Zwiebeln darin andünsten.
Paprika, Champignons und Salami dazu und ca. 5 Min. oder länger mitdünsten.
Fertig gekochte Nudeln in ein Sieb befördern und abtropfen lassen.

In der Zeit schon mal nach Herzenslust würzen. Anschließend die Nudeln mit in die Pfanne geben und evtl. nochmal abschmecken. Fertig! Wer mag, kann zum garnieren noch etwas Petersilie benutzen.

Na das ist doch mal wieder etwas, was so richtig nach meinem Geschmack klingt.
Das werde ich sicher mal ausprobieren.

Also ich habe Selbige heute getestet.
Ich habe sie ein wenig mit Hackfleisch, zusätzlich einer Tomaten und süßer Sahne abgewandelt. War wirklich mega lecker.
Kann ich nur empfehlen.
