Besteck Kohlrabi-Curry-Suppe

Man nehme:
3-5 Kohlrabi
5-6 Kartoffeln
1 Bund Frühlingszwiebeln (oder zwei "normale" Zwiebeln)
1 Esslöffel Butter
ca. 1 l Gemüsebrühe
Currypulver
Selleriesalz (ersatzweise Kräuter- oder "normales" Salz)
Curcuma
Zitronensaft
Zucker
1 Handvoll Rosinen
1-2 Bananen

Den Kohlrabi und die Kartoffeln schälen und würfeln, dabei die kleinen Kohlrabi-Blättchen zurückbehalten.
Die Frühlingszwiebeln in Ringe schneiden (ersatzweise normale Zwiebeln würfeln) und in der Butter glasig dünsten. Das gewürfelte Gemüse hinzufügen und kurz mitdünsten.
Dann mit der Brühe aufgießen und weichkochen lassen.
Wenn Kartoffeln und Kohlrabi gar sind, die Suppe mit dem Mixstab pürieren, mit viel Curry, etwas Curcuma, Zitronensaft, Salz und Zucker würzen und noch einmal kurz aufkochen lassen.
Die Rosinen und die in dünne Scheiben geschnittenen Bananen hinzufügen und die Suppe mit den kleingeschnittenen Kohlrabi-Blättchen bestreuen.
Wer's mag und nicht so auf Fette achten will/muß, kann kurz vor dem Servieren noch einen Klacks geschlagene Sahne auf jeden Teller geben.
