Besteck feuriger Reissalat

Man nehme:
300 Gramm Langkornreis
200 Gramm gewürfelte Salami oder Putenbrust
Je 1 rote, grüne und gelbe gewürfelte Paprikaschote
1 Dose Mais
1 Dose Kidneybohnen
1 gewürfelte Zwiebel
1-2 Zehen gehackten Knoblauch
8 Esslöffel Weißweinessig
1-2 Esslöffel Limonensaft
4-5 Esslöffel Öl
Salz, Bohnenkraut, etwas Zucker
1 Flasche Tomaten-Chili-Sauce (z. B. Texicana Salsa)

Reis, Salami/Putenbrust und Gemüse mischen. Zwiebel, Knoblauch, Essig, Öl, Gewürze und Sauce mit dem Schneebesen gut verruehren, über den Reis geben, untermischen und ca. 30 Minuten ziehen lassen.
Schmeckt schön feurig, verliert aber am nächsten Tag an Schärfe, deshalb möglichst am gleichen Tag verbrauchen.
Wenn man den Salat schon am Vortag zubereiten möchte, einfach die vorbereitete Salatsauce erst kurz vor dem Verzehr zugeben.
