Leberhundekekse selbstgemacht
Benötigt wird:
500 g Leber
1½ Tassen Vollkornweizenmehl
1 Tasse Maismehl (oder Grieß oder feinen Schrot)
1 Ei
¼ Teelöffel Salz
1 Eßlöffel Bierhefe
Zuerst die Leber im Mixer zerkleinern (am besten sehnige Stellen vorher entfernen, sonst verstopft der Mixer). Restliche Zutaten hinzufügen. Die Pampe auf ein mit Backpapier ausgelegtes Blech streichen, ca 1 cm hoch. Mit einem nassen Messer den Teig einritzen, so daß später die Stückchen leichter abzubrechen sind. Kekse bei 200°C 25 min backen. Im abgeschalteten Ofen abkühlen lassen. In Stücke brechen und in einem einzigen Behälter einfrieren (man kann immer die benötigte Menge rausnehmen, die Kekse kleben nicht zusammen, weil sie ganz trocken sind; sie halten sich auch im Kühlschrank ziemlich lange).
