Besteck Curry-Hähnchen

Man nehme:
2 Packungen Hähnchenbrust (z.B. das von Aldi)
1 große Dose Pfirsiche
1 Packung Hinterschinken
Weinbrand (nach Geschmack)
2 Flaschen fertige Currysauce

Zubereitung:
Die Hähnchenbruststücke braten und danach in den Hinterschinken lose einwickeln.
Das ganze in eine Auflaufform legen und die Pfirsiche darauf verteilen.
Die fertige Currysauce mit dem Weinbrand vermischen und das dann über alles drübergießen. Das ganze ca. 15 min bei 200 Grad backen.

Dazu schmeckt Reis sehr lecker, aber auch Kräuterbaguette oder Kartoffeln.
Dieses Gericht geht superfix mit wenig Aufwand und schmeckt superlecker!
Natürlich kann man auch hier bei der Mengenangabe sehr gut variieren!

hört sich lecker an .. was ist mit fertige curry sosse gemeint ? die flaschen die man auch zum grillen verwendet ?
