Besteck Mokka-Pudding mit Baileys-Sahne

Zutaten für 4 Personen

100g Schokolade (zart-bitter)
1/2l Milch
2-3 EL Zucker
2-3 TL löslicher Bohnenkaffee
1 Pk. Pudding-Pulver (Schoko)
100g Schlagsahne
3-4 EL Baileys

Zubereitung

Schokolade grob raspeln. 6EL Milch, Zucker, löslichen Kaffee und Puddingpulver glatt rühren. Restliche Milch aufkochen. Puddingpulver einrühren, aufkochen und unter Rühren ca. 1min köcheln.
Hälfte Schokoraspel im Pudding schmelzen, abkühlen lassen, dabei öfter umrühren. Rest Schokoraspel, bis auf 2EL, unter den Pudding heben und in 4 Gläser verteilen. Mindestens 2 Stunden kalt stellen.
Sahne steif schlagen und Baileys unterheben. Auf den Pudding geben und mit übrigen Schokoraspeln verzieren.
