Fruchtiges Geschnetzeltes vom Geflügel
Zutaten für 4 Portionen
500 g Putenbrust (alternativ: Hähnchenbrustfilet)
3 EL Olivenöl
1 Dose Fruchtcocktail
1 mittlere Banane
2 Würfel Currypaste
Pfeffer
1 Tasse Süsse Sahne
Salz
Zubereitung
Das gewaschene und abgetrocknete Fleisch in Streifen schneiden. In heißem Öl anbraten.
Das Gewürz dazugeben, Currypaste zerkleinert unterrühren, weiter anbraten. Den Inhalt
der Cocktaildose über das angebratene Fleisch gießen, die in Scheiben geschnittene
Banane unterheben. Die Temperatur zurückschalten und unter Rühren weitere fünf
Minuten köcheln. Abschmecken und die Sahne unterrühren. Von der Herdpplatte
wegstellen und mit gedämpften Reis servieren.
Kochtipps
Das Rezept ist sehr einfach zuzubereiten, auch Kinder sind davon begeistert.
Für Gäste ist es eine echte Gaumenfreude, man kann für die Erwachsenen
Chillipulver auf den Tisch stellen. Viel Spaß beim Nachkochen!
