Besteck Nussecken

Man nehme:
250 Gramm Mehl
1 Ei
1 Prise Salz
60 Gramm Zucker
125 Gramm Butter
Belag:
100 Gramm Marzipan
2 Esslöffel Weinbrand
400 Gramm gemahlene Nüsse
150 Gramm Butter
100 Gramm Creme fraiche
250 Gramm Zucker
2 Vanillinzucker
Schokoladeglasur
Einen Mürbteig bereiten, rasten lassen.
Marzipan mit einer Gabel zerdrücken und mit Weinbrand verrühren.
Nüsse untermischen
Butter mit Creme fraiche, Zucker und Vanillinzucker kräftig aufkochen und über die Nussmischung gießen. Alles gut vermischen
Bei 160°C ca. 20 min backen
In kleine Ecken teilen und diese in Schokoladeglasur tauchen
