Besteck Griechischer Bauernsalat

Man nehme:

500 Gramm Tomaten (gern Cocktailtomaten, halbieren)
1 grüne Gurke (halbieren und in 0,5 cm dicke Scheiben schneiden)
1. rote, 1 gelbe, 1 grüne Paprikaschote (kleinschneiden)
1 Teelöffel getrockneter Dill (von Ostmann)
1 Glas schwarze, entsteinte Oliven
2 rote Zwiebeln (in dünne Scheiben schneiden)
1 kleines Pkaket Feta

Zubereitung:
Alle Zutaten vorbereitet in eine große Schüssel füllen, kräftig salzen und leicht pfeffern (Pfeffer aus der Mühle), mit rotem Balsamico übergießen, danach mit kaltgepresstem Olivenöl übergießen und mit den schwarzen Oliven vermischen.
Alles eine halbe Stunde ziehen lassen.

Kurz vor dem Anrichten werden Glasschüsseln mit grünen Salatblättern ausgelegt und der Salat hinein gefüllt.
Obenauf wird der klein gewürfelte Feta gegeben.
Sofort servieren.
