Besteck Tomaten-Thunfisch-Salat

Man nehme:
4-5 große Tomaten
1 Dose Thunfisch (im Saft)
1 Packung Mozzarella
1 Bund frisches Basilikum
ca. 10 grüne Oliven ohne Stein
2 hartgekochte Eier
1/2 Becher (125 Gramm) Creme fraiche
Salz, Pfeffer, Olivenöl, Zitronensaft

Zubereitung:
Tomaten entkernen, Fruchtfleisch klein schneiden. Thunfisch u. Mozzarella abtropfen lassen u. ebenfalls würfen bzw. Fisch in kleine Stücke zerteilen.
Basilikum waschen u. fein hacken. Oliven in Scheiben schneiden.
Eier würfeln u. mit Thunfisch, Mozzarella, Tomatenwürfel, Oliven u. Basilikum vermischen. Mit Zitronensaft, Salz, Pfeffer u. Olivenöl abschmecken.
Zum Schluß Creme fraiche unterheben.
