Besteck Wachsbohnensalat mit Mortadella

Zutaten für 2 Portionen
Zubereitungszeit: ca. 20 Minuten

Zutaten:
300 g frische Wachsbohnen (alternativ aus dem Glas)
Salz
100 g Kirschtomaten
1 Beutel KNORR Salatkrönung "Gartenkräuter mit Knoblauch"
6 EL Tomatensaft
Zucker
100 g Geflügelmortadella in hauchdünnen Scheiben
Petersilie zum Garnieren


Dazu passt italienisches Landbrot oder deftiges Weizenmischbrot.

Tipp:
Seit es praktische, dicht schließende Plastikbehälter gibt, behalten leckere Salate auch unterwegs lange Zeit appetitliche Frische und sind damit als kleine Mahlzeit im Büro oder in der Schule geeignet. Morgens ist die Zeit knapp, doch am Vorabend zubereitet und über Nacht kalt gestellt, ist der Proviant für die Mittagspause am nächsten Tag gesichert.

Zubereitung:
1. Wachsbohnen waschen, putzen und in kochendem Salzwasser 8 - 10 Minuten bissfest garen. Bohnen in einem Sieb abgießen, kalt abspülen und abtropfen lassen.

2. Tomaten waschen, halbieren oder vierteln. Beutelinhalt Salatkrönung mit Tomatensaft und 1 Prise Zucker verrühren.

3. Bohnen, Tomaten und die Geflügelwurstscheiben in einer Schüssel oder Frischhaltebox (zum Mitnehmen) anrichten. Sauce darauf verteilen oder separat verpacken. Mit Petersilie garnieren.
