Besteck Putenmedaillons mit Zucchinikruste

Zutaten für 2 - 3 Portionen
Zubereitungszeit: ca. 50 Minuten
Backzeit: ca. 30 Minuten

Zutaten:
400 g Zucchini
1 Ei
3 EL Paniermehl (Semmelbrösel)
3 EL geriebener Parmesan
4 Putenmedaillons (? 100 g)
Salz, Pfeffer
1 Beutel KNORR Fix für Gerollte Ofen-Schnitzel Toscana
200 ml Schlagsahne

Dazu schmeckt Weißbrot und Blattsalat mit Knorr Salatkrönung.

Zubereitung:
1. Zucchini waschen und grob raspeln. Mit Ei, Paniermehl und Parmesan mischen.

2. Putenmedaillons mit Salz und Pfeffer würzen und in eine gefettete Auflaufform setzen. Beutelinhalt Fix für Gerollte Ofen-Schnitzel Toscana mit Sahne verrühren und gleichmäßig darüber gießen.

3. Zucchinimasse auf den Medaillons verteilen und im vorgeheizten Backofen bei 200 °C (Umluft: 175 °C) ca. 30 Minuten überbacken.
