Besteck Nudelsalat mit Basilikum-Joghurt-Sauce

Zubereitungszeit:
ca. 25 Minuten

Zutaten für 4 Portionen:
200 g kurze Nudeln
Salz
1 EL Keimöl
1 Topf Basilikum
200 g Joghurt (1,5 % Fett)
50 g saure Sahne (10 % Fett)
2 Beutel KNORR Salatkrönung "Gartenkräuter mit Knoblauch"
1 Dose Artischockenböden (Abtropfgewicht 240 g)
250 g Kirschtomaten
50 g schwarze Oliven

1. Nudeln in reichlich kochendem Salzwasser bissfest garen. In einem Sieb abgießen, abtropfen lassen und mit Keimöl mischen.

2. Basilikum waschen und trockenschütteln. Einige Basilikumblättchen zum Garnieren beiseite legen, restliches Basilikum in feine Streifen schneiden. Mit Joghurt, saurer Sahne und Inhalt beider Beutel Salatkrönung "Gartenkräuter mit Knoblauch" verrühren.

3. Artischocken abtropfen lassen und in dicke Scheiben schneiden. Tomaten waschen, je nach Größe halbieren oder vierteln. Oliven halbieren und die Steine entfernen.

4. Nudeln, Artischocken, Tomaten und Dressing in einer Schüssel vorsichtig mischen. Mit Basilikumblättchen garniert servieren.

Tipp: Schwarze Oliven sind mit 35 Gramm Fett und 353 Kalorien pro 100 Gramm erheblich fett- und kalorienreicher als grüne Oliven, die nur mit 12 Gramm Fett und 130 Kalorien zu Buche schlagen.
