Glas Kirsch-Bananen-Smoothie

200 g Süßkirschen
1 Stk. Banane
100 ml Kirschsaft
1 cm frischer Ingwer
1 Stk. Zitrone (Saft)
10 Stk. Eiswürfel, gecrushed
2 EL Mandeln, gehobelt

Zubereitung von Kirsch-Bananen-Smoothie:

Kirschen waschen und entkernen. Banane schälen, in mehrere Stücke schneiden. Mit Kirschsaft, geschältem und gehacktem Ingwer, Zitronensaft und Eis mixen. Smoothie in Gläser füllen. Mandeln in einer Pfanne ohne Fett anrösten und anschließend über die Drinks geben.
