Zombie - Cocktail
Zutaten für eine Portion:
2 cl Rum, weißer
2 cl Rum, brauner
1 cl Brandy (Apricot )
5 cl Ananassaft
2 cl Limettensaft
2 cl Rum, 75%-iger
1 Scheibe/n Orange(n)
1 Zweig/e Minze
1 Kirschen (Cocktailkirsche )
Zubereitung:
außer dem 75%igen Rum im Shaker mit Eis schütteln
und in das Longdrinkglas mit Crushed Ice seihen.
Deko am Sticker übers Glas legen, Minze ins Glas stecken.
75%igen Rum vor dem Servieren ins Glas geben.

Zutaten für 1 Portion:
2 cl Amaretto
3 cl Blue Curaçao
8 cl Ananassaft
8 cl Orangensaft
? Scheibe/n Orange(n)
1 Stück Ananas
Zubereitung:
Die Zutaten in einen Shaker geben und einige Eiswürfel dazugeben.
Gut schütteln und über einen Strainer in ein Longdrinkglas oder
Cocktailglas mit 2-3 frischen Eiswürfeln füllen.
Orangenscheibe oder Ananasstück an den Glasrand stecken und mit
Strohhalm servieren.
