500 g Mehl
125 g Margarine
125 g Zucker
1 Ei(er)
½ Pkt. Hirschhornsalz
1 Pkt. Backpulver
100 g Rosinen
1 Flasche Aroma, Vanille
1 Tasse/n Milch
Margarine schaumig rühren, Zucker und Ei zugeben. Hirschhornsalz in einer Tasse Milch auflösen. Mehl, Backpulver, Hirschhornsalz, Vanille-Aroma und Rosinen zugeben. Alles zu einem festen Rührteig verarbeiten.
Mit zwei Esslöffel Häufchen auf ein Blech setzen und backen. Evtl. nach dem Backen mit weißer Puderzuckerglasur bestreichen.
Backen : 200°C ca. 20-25 Min.
