Besteck Bunter Reis

Bunter Reis

250 g Reis, gekocht
200 ml Brühe (Dashi)
200 g Fleisch (Hühnerfleisch), gekocht
4 Austernpilze
1 Karotte(n), gekocht
200 g Erbsen, gekocht
3 EL Sake
2 EL Sojasauce, japanische


Dashi und Reis zusammen erwärmen. Das Hühnerfleisch, die Pilze und die Karotte in feine Streifen schneiden und zum Reis geben. Dann auch den Sake und die Erbsen zugeben und das Essen mit Sojasauce abschmecken.
Tipp: Dashi: die Basisbrühe (Suppenbasis) in der japanischen Küche; wird aus Seetang (Konbu) und getrocknetem Bonito (ein Tunfisch) hergestellt. Erhältlich im Asiamarkt in abgepackter Form - gemahlen, als Granulat oder in Flocken. Einfach mit heißem Wasser aufgießen.
