Besteck Reis á la Habanna

Reis á la Habanna

3 Banane(n)
6 Scheibe/n Schinken, gekocht
etwas Butter
1 Tasse/n Reis
Salz
4 EL Curry
3 EL Butter


In einer Pfanne Butter zerlassen. Schinken in Würfel, Bananen in Scheiben schneiden und hinein geben. Nicht zu stark braten, da die Banane sonst matschig wird.
Währenddessen Reis mit der doppelten Menge Wasser und etwas Salz aufkochen lassen. Butter in einer weiteren Pfanne zerlassen. Currypulver unter die Butter schmelzen lassen. Die Curry-Butter dann unter den garen Reis heben, so dass er schön gelb wird. Bananen und Schinken auf dem Reis servieren.
