Besteck Schüttelpizza

Zutaten:

200 g Mehrl
1/4 l Milch
250 g Wurst (z. B. Salami)
250 g Käse
1 Zwiebel
3 Eier
1 Rote, gelbe und grüne Paprike
1kleine Dose Pilze
Salz, Pfeffe, Oregano und etwas Knoblauch

Ztaten in kleine Würfel schneiden und in eine Schüssel geben und gut miteinerander verrühren.
Die Masse auf ein Backblech verteilen und 30 min. bei 180° C backen
