300 gr. Mehl
200 gr. Sahnequark
1 Teel. Zucker
4 Eßl. Milch
6 Eßl. Öl
1 P. Backpulver
alles gut verkneten
250 gr. Schinkenwürfel
1 Tüte Käsestifte
gut in den Teig einkneten
ca. 18 Brötchen formen und auf ein Backblech legen.
Bei 200 Grad ... 25 - 30 Minuten backen.
Umluft 180 grad ... 20 - 25 Minuten

Sch..... mein Backrohr ist kaputt. Aber wenn ich mal wieder ein funktionierendes habe, werd ich es bestimmt ausprobieren.
