Besteck Gehacktes im Blätterteigmantel

1 Pk Blätterteig
1 Dose Pilze (Aldi)
500 g Hackfleisch (gemischt)
wenig Gewürze nach Geschmack
wenig Käse, gerieben

Den Blätterteig zu einem Rechteck ausrollen.
Hackfleisch gut würzen (Salz, Pfeffer, und was Ihr sonst so mögt ...), Pilze und Käse unterheben. Die Masse auf dem Teig verstreichen. Die Ränder etwas frei lassen.
Den Teig aufrollen und die Ränder gut zusammendrücken.
Die Rolle in etwas dickere Scheiben schneiden und nun Guten Appetit.

Im vorgeheizten Backofen bei 220°C ca. 20 Min. backen.
