Besteck Chinesische Hähnchenpfanne mit Reis

Chinesische Hähnchenpfanne mit Reis

400 g Hähnchenfilet
4 EL Sojasauce
1 St Frischer Ingwer
2 St Konblauchzehen
160 g Naturreis
4 St Möhren
8 St Frühlingszwiebeln
8 St Getrocknete Pflaumen
320 g Sojabohnenkeime
2 TL Öl
etwas Sambal Oelek


Hähnchenfilet in feine Streifen schneiden, in Sojasauce mit geriebenem Ingwer und zerdrückter Knoblauchzehe marinieren. Reis kochen.

Gemüse putzen, Möhren in feine Streifen, Frühlingszwiebeln in Ringe schneiden. Pflaumen entkernen, in Streifen schneiden, Sojabohnenkeime abtropfen lassen. Öl in einer großen Pfanne erhitzen, Hähnchen aus der Marinade nehmen und unter Rühren anbraten, alle anderen Zutaten, die Marinade sowie den gekochten Reis zugeben und noch 2 Min. gardünsten. Nach Geschmack mit Sambal Oelek würzen.
