Bayoumas ICM-Galaxy | Vorspeisen und kleine Snacks | Buttermilch-Plinsen mit Heidelbeerquark | Antwort erstellen
Für 12 - 14 Stück
Zubereitungszeit: ca. 20 Minuten
Zutaten:
250 g Speisequark (20 % Fett)
2 EL Schlagsahne
2 EL Zucker
1 - 2 EL Zitronensaft
150 g Heidelbeeren (frisch oder tiefgefroren)
1 Flasche MONDAMIN American Pancake Teig-Mix
ca. 340 ml Milch
MAZOLA Keimöl
Zubereitung:
1. Für den Heidelbeerquark Quark mit Sahne glatt rühren und mit Zucker und Zitronensaft abschmecken. Die gewaschene oder aufgetaute Heidelbeeren vorsichtig unterrühren.
2. Für die Pancakes die Flasche American Pancake Teig-Mix kopfüber schütteln, um den Teig-Mix vollständig vom Boden zu lösen. Milch bis zur Markierung in die Flasche gießen, fest zudrehen und kopfüber ca. 1 Minute kräftig schütteln. Den fertigen Teig ca. 5 Minuten stehen lassen.
3. Etwas Keimöl in einer beschichteten Pfanne erhitzen. Den Teig nochmals kurz schütteln und portionsweise handtellergroße Pancakes bei schwacher bis mittlerer Hitze von beiden Seiten goldgelb backen.
