8 Fleischtomaten
Pfeffer
250 g mageren gekochten Schinken
300 g mittelalten Gouda
Oregano
125 ml Fleischbrühe
1. Tomaten waschen quer zum Stielansatz in je4 nicht zu dünne Scheiben schneiden und mit Pfeffer würzen.
2. Den Ofen auf 220 Grad vorheizen.
Schinken und käse in Quadrate schneiden, die etwas größer sind als die Tomatenscheiben, etwas Oregano auf den Schinken streuen.
3. Tomaten wieder zusammen setzen, dabei je 1 Scheibe Schinken und 1 Scheibe Käse dazwischen legen.
4. Tomaten-Käse-Schinken- Türme in eine Auflaufform setzen und die Brühe aufgießen.
5. Dann im Ofen ca. 10 Minuten backen. Mit Oregano bestreuen und mit Baquett oder Reis servieren!!!!!
