150 g Butter
150 g Zucker
1 Pk Vanillinzucker
2 St Eier
150 g Mehl
1 1/2 Pk Backpulver
200 cl Orangensaft
75 g Schokostreusel
100 g Weiße Kouvertüre
15 g Schokostreusel
Einen Rührteig herstellen dabei zum Schluss die Schokostreusel (1) einrühren. Teig in eine gefettete Kastenform füllen. Bei 160 Grad Umluft ca. 70 Min. backen.
Den Kuchen 5 Min. in der Form auskühlen lassen, dann auf ein Kuchengitter stürzen und erkalten lassen. Kuvertüre im Wasserbad schmelzen lassen. Den erkalteten Kuchen mit Kuvertüre überziehen und mit Schokostreusel bestreuen.
