Bayoumas ICM-Galaxy | Suppen und Eintöpfe | Hackfleisch Käse-Suppe mit Lauch | Antwort erstellen
Zutaten:
1 Knorr Fix Hackfleisch Käse-Suppe mit Lauch
350 - 400 g Lauch (Porree)
250 g Hackfleisch
750 ml Wasser
200 g Sahne-Schmelzkäse
Gewürze wie Paprika scharf, Chili, Salz und Pfeffer
etwas Sojasauce
Zubereitung:
Lauch putzen und in feine Ringe schneiden. Hackfleisch in etwas heißem Öl braten. Lauch zugeben und kurz mitdünsten.
Wasser zugießen, Beutelinhalt einrühren und unter Rühren aufkochen. Schmelzkäse unterrühren.
Bei mittlerer Hitze ca. 15 Minuten garen. Ab und zu umrühren und nach eigenem Ermessen abschmecken!
