17-jähriger Räuber in Notwehr erstochen
Am späten Freitagabend wurde ein 17-Jähriger von einem 20-Jährigen in Notwehr erstochen. Der 17-Jährige wollte zusammen mit einem Begleiter zwei junge Leute ausrauben.
Nachdem sich die beiden Angegriffenen weigerten, den Angreifern eine Tasche auszuhändigen, wurde eines der Opfer des Überfalls von dem 17-jährigen Räuber zusammengeschlagen. Das zweite Opfer zog daraufhin aus Angst ein Messer und stach einmal auf den 17-Jährigen ein.
Der Verletzte flüchtete und verstarb in der Nähe des Tatorts an den Folgen der Stichverletzung. Die Staatsanwaltschaft Köln sieht in dem Vorfall eine Notwehrhandlung und wird keine Anklage gegen den 20-Jährigen erheben.
