125 g Zucker
1 l Milch
Salz
1 Spritzer Sahne
125 ml Wasser
Zubereitung
100 g Zucker auf kleiner Flamme karamelisieren und mit Wasser ablöschen.
Nach und nach die Milch zugießen und so lange rühren, bis sich der Zucker
völlig gelöst hat. Erst dann den restlichen Zucker und eine Prise Salz
zugeben und die Sahne unterrühren. Das Getränk heiß oder gut gekühlt servieren.
