1 Packung gefrorenen Blätterteig
400 g Mehl
250 g Margarine oder Butter ( ich nehm immer Butter)
250 g Zucker
1 Päckchen Vanillezucker
Nutella
Die Blätterteig-Scheiben müssen ca. 20 Minuten auftauen.
Das Mehl, die Margarine (oder Butter) und der Zucker (inklusive Vanillezucker) werden zu Streuseln verarbeitet.
Ein Backblech mit Backpapier auslegen.
Die Blätterteigscheiben darauf anordnen und an den Rändern ein wenig zusammendrücken, so daß eine einzige Teigfläche entsteht. Eine dünne Schicht Nutella draufstreichen und wieder eine Lage Blätterteig darauf legen.Nun nochmal eine Nutellaschicht und danach die Streuseln auf dem Blätterteig verteilen und das ganze gemäß der Anleitung auf der Blätterteigpackung backen lassen.
