Bayoumas ICM-Galaxy | Fleischgerichte | Apfel-Currywurst | Antwort erstellen
Zutaten für 2 - 3 Portionen
Zubereitungszeit: ca. 20 Minuten
Zutaten:
2 Bockwürste
1 roter Apfel
40 g durchwachsener Speck
1 Beutel KNORR Fix für Currywurst
evtl. Majoran zum Garnieren
Dazu passt: Kartoffelpüree.
Tipp:
Säuerliche Äpfel wie Boskop oder Cox schmecken geschmort am besten.
Zubereitung:
1. Bockwürste in Scheiben schneiden. Apfel waschen, vierteln, das Kerngehäuse entfernen und das Fruchtfleisch in kleine Stücke schneiden.
2. Speck würfeln und in einer Pfanne ohne Fettzugabe knusprig braten. Wurstscheiben und Apfelstücke dazugeben und dünsten.
3. 200 ml Wasser dazugießen und Beutelinhalt Fix für Currywurst einrühren. Unter Rühren aufkochen und bei schwacher Hitze 1 Minute kochen. Nach Belieben mit Majoran garnieren.
