160 g Burgunder Saftschinken
150 g Allgäuer Berkäse
200 ml Schlagsahne
300 ml Milch
5 Eier (Kl. M)

Zubereitung
1. Schinken in 1 cm dicke Scheiben schneiden. Käse auf einer Haushaltsreibe fein raspeln. Sahne mit Milch und Eiern in einer Schüssel verquirlen und mit Salz, Pfeffer und Muskat würzen.
2. Nudeln nach Packungsanweisung in kochendem Salzwasser bissfest garen. In einem Sieb gut abtropfen lassen und in eine vorgewärmte große Schüssel geben. Den Schinken und Käse dazu geben, mit der Eiersahne mischen und in eine leicht gefettete Auflaufform (30x20 cm) füllen. Den Auflauf im vorgeheizten Backofen bei 180 Grad (Gas 2-3, Umluft nicht empfehlenswert) 50 Minuten backen. Sofort servieren. Dazu passt gemischter Salat
