Zubereitungszeit: ca. 30 Minuten

Zutaten:
250 g Nudeln (z.B. Penne)
Salz
200 g Hackfleisch
2 EL MAZOLA Keimöl
250 g tiefgekühlte grüne Bohnen
1 Beutel KNORR Fix für Chili con Carne
100 g Tomatenpaprika (Glas)
2 EL Aceto balsamico
1-2 EL Olivenöl (z. B. BERTOLLI)
Zubereitung:
1. Nudeln in reichlich Salzwasser bissfest kochen und in einem Sieb abgießen.
2. Hackfleisch in heißem Keimöl krümelig anbraten. Gefrorene Bohnen zufügen und 300 ml kaltes Wasser dazugießen. Beutelinhalt Fix für Chili con Carne einrühren, unter Rühren aufkochen und zugedeckt bei schwacher Hitze ca. 10 Minuten kochen.
3. Tomatenpaprika in Streifen schneiden, mit Nudeln und dem Chili vermischen. Mit Balsamico und Olivenöl abschmecken. Den Salat 2 - 3 Stunden durchziehen lassen.
